The following ACD will queue a call for about 30 seconds and then disconnect the call with a fast busy. It plays the first FRRT and then the second SRRT and then sends the call to fast busy. So what's wrong wit the queue?

I am thinking this may be a T1 issue. internal calls to the queue never drop but external calls into the toll free number are the calls that drop

So what are the commands to check the clock source?

I would test route 20, the music. Then verify that you want FROA, in other words, you want to play RAN route 22 right off the bat to any caller that arrives when all agents are busty, then play it again in less than 30 seconds (to the caller that just heard it.)

It just seems like a number of these evens occur in 30 seconds depending on the load

Worth a thought...not an expert at ACD

that may be a supervision problem on that route, not the acd group at all.. you have no ncfw, what happens if all agents are either logged out or nr? because music is a conf, it very seldom drops a call.. if it's a timing issue, then all calls on that t1 would drop.. ld 60 ssck 0, tells you what t1 your clocking on, free run would be a bad sign, ld 60 lcnt shows if your having clocking problems, ir any other t1/pri issue.. somewhere in the call flow your not sending answer supervision.. if this is a pri, i would ld 96 enl msgo x on the d.. might see the disconnect request.. what happens with other calls on the same route? i would point the 1800 to a dn, test that, then add the routing back to the acd group.. nothing i know of in a group can be programed to rls certain calls.. is this a dnis call?

This is a DNIS call. I have noticed that when you call the ACD queue you never get dropped but if you call the toll free number it will drop. This is making me suspect the T1. I took out the second RAN and am just playing the first one and then going to Music now. I can dial the music acod and listen to it for as long as I want to.

The clock source is pointed tot he right T1, I was afraid it may be pointed to the wrong T1.

Doesnt look all that bad.

I also changed my secondary clock source to the T1 in this loop. 1 is not a valid T1 and longer.

The DCHI was on 5 and not 3. Hmmm wonder why they didnt program this with a uniform layout. My results from the enl msgo 5

Continuing saga this is definitely tied to the LD T1. I have the ACD queue setup as a DID. When I call the DID from external it queues like it should and never drops.

So is there an option to for trunk level answer supervision on PRI?

The carrier says they are not seeing me answer the call and then recieve a calling party disconnect.

Got it.

Turned out to be the ASUP setting on the RAN route.
