ACD queue information

I have a Nortel 81c switch. I have no symposium or reporting. Can queue information be displayed on a supevisors phone. Ex. Number of agents in queue, calls backed up in queue etc.
 
If you add a call wait key on their phone, they can see amount of calls pegged in queue, but not agents in queue,.
 
KEY xx DWC yyyy (DWC = display waiting calls in Queue)

yyyy = the ACD QQueue DN

Must have CLS SUP to work
