ACD queue: how to delay next call

On Release 25 is there a way to program an ACD queue so the agent, once they complete their call, will not have another call presented for a short period of time (20-30 seconds) so they can finish the data entry from their previous call? Management wants this feature but I keep telling them that's what the NOT READY key is for. Thanks for your input.

DUH...a look in the ACD manual directed me toward the FCFT setting. Sorry for the dumb question! I should have looked before I lept.
