I need to add 2 new ACD M3905 phones to a que and remove another user (user wants to keep old Ext.). Does anyone have a procedure to perform this task? Also does anyone understand how the CLID number is assigned and where this number is assigned. It appears to be a phantom number.

Thanks,

Al Saxon

Al,

I am not sure what you are asking.

CLID is the Calling line ID tables created in the Customer Data Block in LD 15. This identifies the ANI digits that are sent out to the CO when you out dial. When you build a phone set, you identify the CLID table to be used when you assign either the SCN,SCR or ACD to the KEY. Example, if you build Key 0 as Key 0 SCR 3399 2, the CLID table assigned is 2. If you do not assign a CLID table, the system defaults to 0.

Good Luck
