Hi guys

When I am on the queu of the acd I receive the queu message after that (30 Second) repeated queu message, my problem on those 30 second, I receive music in hold, I want a ring back tone,what shuld I do.

If serv d3 is 0, then check RAGAP on this group. You should have queue and repque only in the printout.
