Voice messaging: Meridian mail 12

equipped with ACD, music on hold and intralia

While callers is on hold or while waiting in an ACD queue
Is it possible to give them the option to press a number to leave a message? and how to do it

Example: please stay on line to keep your calling priority or press 2 to leave us a message…

Hi, I'm not an expert in ACD but I think, I can give you an idea to help you. First, build a menu (in meridian mail) with the greeting "Stay on the line..." and configure the key 2 with EM 'mailbox number', finally the last two prompt "INR" and "DR" are configure with CL 'number of your ACD queue'... Try that and let me know!
