I have a queue that I need to change the action taken after logging in. the agents log in by pressing the "in-calls" and enter there 4 digit login from there they are placed immediately in the "wait" state.

I would like to change it so they are placed immediately in the "not ready" state, then when they are ready to take calls they can then press the "not ready" key, which in our case toggles them between the wait and not ready state.

Does anyone know where or how to change this parameter? Is it a global setting for the entire queue or an individual setting on each phone?

Thanks,

Hello
If you log into a queue using agent ID login your set should go into Not Ready ( if you have a NRD key programmed on your set ) , If you are using M3905 telephones check the NRD key is on default key 9. I know of no parameter that needs to be set to enable this to function

We're using 2008 phone sets with programmed "not ready" keys. I'm going to research a little more today to determine if this is happening to all agaents in all four of our queues or just some agents in one single queue.

Thanks for the info.....
