we are trying to figure out how this ACD works this an acd number that forwards calls to another center there is a code 790 before the 9514xxxxxxx the number of the other center what does the 7990 means and where do you program that thank u

790 is your access code for the outbound route. Find that route and print it out, then post it here

oh, you print in ld21 and chage in ld 16

I suspect the ACCD is 7909 and the phone number is 514xxxxxxx

And the LD carrier is ATT - who does not want a "1" in front of the NPA
