Is there a way to force a acd call to a agent if they are on a DN call....if so what happens to the caller on the DN key...Also what is the promt...I guess it would be in ld 23...Thanks!

I don't know that you can force it, but acaa yes allows the agent to put the dn call on hold and return to the queue.
