I have a small ACD group, 5 agents on analog sets, and they say that all the calls go to one agent even if the others are logged in. Is there a hunt type for the ACD group? What else could be causing this? I'm pretty new to the Meridian switches, this is an Option-81 with Suc 3.0.

Thanks

impossible for that to be true.. ld 32 stat x x x x, for eachof the sets, make sure they are logged in.. if you ld 20 prt dnb of the acd group, you will see each of the tn's.. are you getting acd reports.. i would need to see a report before i worked on that very much.. acd does not require a hunt, by default it routes to the agent that has been in the availiable state the longest...
