ACD Query

What's the best way to get remote ACD members?

i.e. have a main site in location 'A', with an ACD group with several agents, then have agents at locations 'B', 'C', and 'D', all as part of the same ACD group?

We're currently on BC9. Only way I can think of getting it to work is to either install remote LIMs, or upgrade and use IP phones for the remote group members. Can anyone confirm this or make a suggestion? Thanks.

How about MCK line extenders over ISDN???

Pure IP phones do not support ACD so that is not an option. But MCK also have enablers for IP to run a normal digital extension.
