Well its two systems, KSU and Voice Mail.
Login to F983 then press 9 and tell us what version you have then we might be able to tell you yes or no or where to then go to see.
NAM's can have ACD added
Startalk Flash can have ACD added
Call Pilot and BCM can have Call Center
