ACD Que

Hey guys,

I dont know much about ques and groups so go easy on me.

I understand in our Meridian Opt 11c we have an ACD que (number 320). How do i go about seeing what numbers the system will try to get an availiable operator and then how do i go about editing the extensions in the group?

should give you a list of agents, unless you have symposium you can print those dn's out then and make changes with the new command. to see what numbers are pointed to that, it's either did or auto term, depending on your trunking.. to print the acd

add the cls mark agn to cls, it doesn't show after the prt, the actual ftr code is acd xxxx yyyy return, that is the acd group and the agent id
