In this system i have a ACD que thats number ends up in status DND. this has happend now 2 times in the period of 3 weeks. what can be cousing this?
any good idés for me to check?
Check your ACD codes and see if they do not match up or closely related with the remote DND feature access codes. Also your extension & group & path numbers should be in a complete range from your port numbers.
Issue could be a user is dialling the wrong code, and end up in dialling the - I had this experience once.
I have looked at the logs to see if i can find this thing in the logs, but nothing there. The agent uses DND in their COS and the do not use the MiCCM client, i Will disable the option Remote DND in the cos that is in use to see it this solvs the problem.
