ACD prompting

Actually, we're going to be getting rid of our Flash ACD and upgrading to either Prelude or the new Call Pilot. If you wanted to trade your Flash unit (without the ACD) for ours (with the ACD), plus $500 or so, that would save you a grand off of the $1500 upgrade cost. If I trade in my Flash ACD, I don't get any trade-in value for it (even though I paid $1500 for the keycodes about 2 years ago. The keycodes will only work with my particular unit.
