ACD prompt change 1

I have a request to change a prompt in quite a few ACD Q's TYPE ACD
CUST 0
ACDN 1234
MWC NO
DSAC NO
MAXP 55
SDNB YES
BSCW NO
ISAP NO ********** change to yes
AACQ NO
RGAI NO

There are quite a few agt's in all of the Q's that need changed and are controlled by Contact Center,.

Should the Q be outed and rebuilt? Thoughts, comments and wise cracks please!!

you can chg ACD Block in ld 23 on the fly. This is not the same as ld 10 or 11 couruption. At worst agents may or may not have to log out/in.

I have about 100 sets to change (out and new) the AST and their Q's.

hold on, I was talking ld 23. I wouldn't mess w/ AST on a set unless it was not acquired already, and some would never do anything but out and build back. I wouldn't chg key 0 myself ACD wise, and I'm pretty loose on ACD set chgs if they are non acd related mnewmonics.

I would build an agent on a spare tn, and record the key strokes and then you can run it as a script. We've outed an rebuilt hundreds of agents in minutes. ZOC or Procomm will accomplish this for you.
