So, It's been a while since I've programmed any call centers and I'm finding that assigning the ACD option to a phone is rather difficult these days.
It seems that you can only assign the license while creating the phone.
If you go to the Multiline IP Telephones form, for a phone that was created as Hotdesk and ACD it gives you a warning that those two options are mutually exclusive?
Have they really changed things this much?
