I have just programmed up 5 ACD groups with overflow to a 6th group which should have music on wait and RVA's. The MD is BC9. I copied all the settings from another BC10 system with exactly the same set up. The BC9 won't pass the calls to the queue - it just keeps the initiated call open. The only difference I can see (apart from ROC 0230 for BC9 & 023001 for BC10 which doesn't look relevant)is PARNUM 138 False B answer duration is set to 5 on the working BC10 & 0 on the BC9 with the problem. Calls to the ACD group numbers ring through OK when logged on and go to voicemail when no groups logged on, as expected.
Can anyone help?
Thanks, Kronehead

Hi

I am not sure I understand your problem. Is it the overflow to 6th group? If this is the case. Overflow is controlled by the SEL parameter (d4 and d5) ex: SEL=11010

Have the 5 acd groups all the same CDINI destination (The 6 th ACD group)?
Or does acd gr. 1 divert to 2 . Two divert to 3 etc.??
What do you mean with "it just keeps the initiated call open"?
