ACD priority

Greetings All,
I have a client that is looking to prioritize how the calls route in their ACD. I did so and have verified how they wanted it. But it did not work!
8713 first, as expected. This extension was always priority 1.
8795 second (priority 3)
5962 third (priority 2)
8525 fourth (priority 5)
8908 last (priority 4)
in the () is how they want it. I changed the PRI to 1 2 3 4 5 and then 6,but those people are never logged on. I notice the PLEV for all sets are at 2? Would this make this not work? Any assistance would be appreciated.

PLEV is a military feature. The General is PLEV 7. The lower ranks are lower PLEVs

PRI is ACD Priority. PRI 1 gets the calls before PRI 2, and so on.

PRI 1 will get all the calls until there is a queue of calls, then it will look for PRI 2 and so on.

If you have Symposium, all bets are off

So I have it set properly (we do not have symposium). I'll have them try again, maybe they were not paying attention correctly.
