Hi all!
Where can I find pin code to logon ACD member.
Ver BC8.0

The pin number is not assigned in the MD110, you assign the the agent a pin number and they use this to log onto the telephone. the Md110 then passes this info to the CCM to identify who the agent is. CCM must be configured with a list of agents names and pin numbers.

Hi,

Dynatext:
-Log-on/Log-off, a procedure consisting of a feature code, an authorization code and the agents PIN code.

-The agent has to Log-On the agent position in order to be able to receive ACD calls. This is done by means of a service code and a PIN code which is unique for every agent. To Log-Off the agent position only the service code is used.

-Maximum number of digits in PIN code=4

- To logon to the ACD system an authorization code and PIN code are needed. They are mandatory and provided by the system administrator.

-----------------------------------------------------
The PIN CODE may be programed with AOCOI command(e.g. AOCOI:ACO=1234), but you need view aspap:parnum=97; command.

aspap=97-->The parameter states the account code length that always should be considered valid. If this parameter is set to zero, account codes are always tried against initiated codes. When the parameter is set to any other value, optional account code with that length is valid irrespective if the account code is initiated or not.

good luck

When logging an ACD agent on you have to supply two codes.

The first is an AUTH code, which is set in the Md110 and gives the agent it's class of service etc. This is initiated with AUCOI commands.

The second code is a PIN code. This has nothing to do with the Md110 and is passed straight from the agents phone to the CCM server. The CCM server then looks through it's agents table to associate it with an agents name and agent group. This enables a form of Freeseating, so that a user can go to any desk and record stats for themselves rather than the phone they are sitting at.
