I have an Opt 61c and for some reason some phones in an ACD queue started making a clicking noise when they speak and when the person on the other speaks there's static.

Low call quality can be due to a defect loop / shelf.
LD 96
STAT DCH

If one state is "released"this can be the reason for the problem.

First disable the D-Channel
DIS DCH 12

Then change to LD 60

DISL 12 Immediatelly disables the loop

DISI 12 Waits until all calls are finished and then disables the loop (be sure you first disabled the D-Channel so no new calls can come in)

Wait a few minutes and then re-activate the loop again

ENLL 12 Automatically the D-Channel should be activated again (test this in LD 96), if not activate it again.

I found that my headsets' base unit needed battery replacement. I found that the low power causes the clicking sound.
