I can no longer access the PC53 card ... I have tried using 2 different PC's with the ACD module installed, so I know it's not corruption in my MAT software ... my question is, What are the chances of losing the ACD info if I reset the PC53 ... the ACD is working, I just cant make any changes to it.

Defaulting the ACD database requires changing switch settings. A push button reset should be OK.
