ACD Path only showing number

Hi.

I have set up a ACD Path and when a get a call handled by this acd path it only display the number and not the path name.

can i change this in some way? i would like to show the path name insted of number.

system 3300, software version 8.0.8.8

Check your timer in COS for the ACD Agents

After Answer Display Time

Enter the length of time (0-60 sec) a call path or hunt group name is displayed on a Mitel display telephone after an ACD 2000 agent answers a call.

A value of 0 causes the path to be displayed for the duration of the call after the agent answers.

For NameTag hunt group, the value applies whether the call is being answered for the first time, as the result of a local transfer or forward, or as the result of a recall or hold retrieve.

td simple question but have you programmed the name of the path in the telephone directory?

Hi, Yes the name is in the phonedirectory. It looks alright but only the number is showing, i wonder if there are som COS settings that is cousing this?

what version software. had a site recently that did the same. had to delete all the telphone directory entries and re-enter one by one.

not even upgarde helped.
does the path name show when you dial internal?
