ACD Opt. 11 Pos. ID Login to Agent ID Login

We have an opt. 11 rel. 25.4. We have built an agent que and built agent phones. Everything works fine but right now agents don't have to enter the agent id# to login they hit the make set busy key to login and logout.

We beleive this is position ID login. We want to configure the switch so we can have Agent ID login. This is when the agents take handset off hook, hit their acd key, enter there agent ID and #.

We see in the manuals the AID prompt but this is under ACD-D. We can't seem to access this prompt in the switch or if this is even the right prompt.. We have pkg. 50 and all the other acd pakcages.

Any info is much appreciated. Thanks all



 
IN THE SCB PUT YES AT AID PROMPT AND IDLB AGENT ID LOWER BOUNDRY 1-9999 AND IDUB AGENT ID UPPER BOUNDRY 0-9999 THIS IS GLOBAL AND AFFECTS ALL QEUES
 
ALSO DEFINE LOG PROMPT 0-9999 MAX NUMBER OF AGTS THAT CAN BE LOGGED ON
