ACD on the fritz

I've got a customer that is running a MICS 5.0 XC with 2 PRI cards, and a NAM 4.1.5 with Cinphony II 3.06.0027 ACD.
We recently replaced the NAM due to hard drive failure. Reprogrammed the ACD manually and everything seemed to be working for about 2 weeks. Now every two hours or so the ACD loses the abillity to log in/out. When you do the login feature code the display shows Logins Exceeded. They have approx. 50 different groups and 40+ agents. The agents are spread out over multiple groups and some agents are members of all groups. At any given time there are approx. 12 to 17 agents logged in. After contacting Cintech they suggest deleting the entire ACD, reloading the software, then manually inputing the data. Has anyone experienced anything like this, and if so what is the fix. Thanks for any light you can shed on this problem.
 
sounds about right for an issue of that nature...print out config....reformat/delete acd and rekey...they also have a logging ability when it starts to get into a pissing contest they will turn it on...ask to speak to lane or jeff essen they are the most knowledgeble

Is there anyway to backup the data and restore it after I reformat and reinstall the ACD. The cust. is an 18 hour, 7 day a week operation. The last time I rekeyed the info, which was not even two weeks ago it took the better part of 5 hours to get everything in. Also since this is a co-res vmail will I also have to delete the vmail database and rekey it. Thanks

you dont want any old data on acd...rekey from scratch cintech should be able to give you outline on what to delete...vm will stay ...wont need to delete and reload....do not just reformatt the hard drive there is a set on instructions on what files and in what order...
