I've got a customer that is running a MICS 5.0 XC with 2 PRI cards, and a NAM 4.1.5 with Cinphony II 3.06.0027 ACD.
We recently replaced the NAM due to hard drive failure. Reprogrammed the ACD manually and everything seemed to be working for about 2 weeks. Now every two hours or so the ACD loses the abillity to log in/out. When you do the login feature code the display shows Logins Exceeded. They have approx. 50 different groups and 40+ agents. The agents are spread out over multiple groups and some agents are members of all groups. At any given time there are approx. 12 to 17 agents logged in. After contacting Cintech they suggest deleting the entire ACD, reloading the software, then manually inputing the data. Has anyone experienced anything like this, and if so what is the fix. Thanks for any light you can shed on this problem.
