ACD on Meridian 1 PBX

How do I list how many agents I have available? Or the capacity of the pbx for ACD?

I just need the load & command

Just go into ld 23 - in the info that displays lists tha ACDDN availalbe, used, and total. Then if you go into ld 11 - this if will show you the acd agents available, used, and total.

Also, if you got to ld 22 and do the following you will get all the software limits.

Thanks for the info on how to find out how many agents...Next question is I show in our system we are using 16 of 20 ACD agents, How do I print out what is using the 16?
