ACD On Hold Announcement

I have set up an ACD queue and would like to provide an On Hold in queue announcement so the callers don't just get ringing when on hold. I think this can be done via the Meridian mail as we do not have a MIRAN card, can it?...
I think I need to build a RAN route but have no information how to do it or what it is... Can anyone help?

The on hold Ran anouncement on basic ACD is provided by either a Miran card or a RAN DAC tape machine both of these require a analouge line in a seperate RAN route for access,
The route is programed in LD 16 and the line TN in LD 14.
The RAN is associated to ACD queue in LD 23.
