ACD not working

Hi all. This morning it has come to my attention that all numbers in ACD do not work. When you call an ACD number it just sits there for lack of a better word. The correct name is displayed on the phone but it does nothing. No busy signal, no ringing, it does not disconnect; it just sits there and does nothing. The symptoms are the same when you dial any number in ACD. Any idea what could be wrong? How I could resolve this issue? I thank you for your help! By the way we have a Nortel Switch and are using Meridian Mail.
 
Just a question, but are your queues able to accept outside calls?
 
If queues=ACD numbers, then the answer is no, you can not reach an ACD number from the outside either.
 
Nevermind guys, I resolved it by rebooting the switch! Thanks anyway!
