ACD night call forward

I have an ACDN 3995 NCFW to an 800 number.
Is there any way from my 61C or OTM to see how many time that ACDN was accessed?

Hi acewarlock , I have done no real reporting from the 61C.
Could you elaborate?
I don't believe we have the CDR package.
Any other Thoughts?

CDR should be a basic package.

TYPE PKG this will list all packages your system has.

If you have CDR, you would need to turn it on in the RDB for the route you want to see going to the ACD. Also setup a tty port in CFN (ADAN TTY USER CTY) Set up in CDB (CDR YES and PORT #) and then connect a printer or PC to captue info on calls to ACD.

that's your only record and that is in the buffer if that acd dn has reports turned on... do you have symposium? if not build a tty for acd user acd

notice the day of week and report option, the in 23 set RPRT to yes and the next line will ask for tty.. take a nap, go home..

without reading the other replys if i had that problem.I would point 3995 to a cdn. than in the master script point the cdn to a phantom tn number that pointed to the 1-800 number. Than I could run reports in syposium on the cdn. At least this is one way of doing it I don't know if it is the best way since I pretty much have taught myself how to do this stuff.
