ACD newbie; ACQUIRE FAILED 1

Symposium tells us "invalid tn" on failed acquire. This set was previously working and we've compared LD 11 of the failed set to one that is acquired. All info is the same, except of course AACS=NO. Symposium PHONESETS reports TYPE as error. ????? Thanks in advance.

Is something aquiring this TN, like a digital recorder?
You may have to delete the TN and then add back in.

There is a commoand in LD 48 you can enter to de-aquire.
Not sure how much you have to do with the programing.

I suspect that the canned reports will give you more than you actually need. Because we also have a Unix application that provides screen pops to our agents our management folks also wanted some specialized stuff which was created through Crystal Reports. Those reports allow them to compare/contrast what Symposium shows in order to "wring out" that last millisecond of productivity from the agents.

Check:

1. Is the ELAN up? (LD 48 STAT ELAN

2. If the TN is being added, make sure to leave off extra
zeros (e.g., 4-0-1-3 instead of 4-00-01-03)

3. Make sure the phones are ACD
