Go in the navagator and delete the agent extension and reassign it..same goes for the extension in system also...give it a try and let me know if it corrects ...also,delete ext in navagator before you delete from system..
What version of Global Navigator are you running?
The new version 6.0 only works with the PRO client while 5.0 and lower works with the normal client.
I've seen problems like this when running the normal client on a 6.0 GNAV.
What system is it integrating with? 2400 or 2000?
