We recently added the UCB product to our NEC2400IPX. We decided not to add a module that told callers their wait times or their place on queue. Well that eliminated the music the callers would hear when their waiting on queue. This module is very pricy but if anyone else has any ideas or tips to get a music source in place? I'd appreciate it. Before anyone questions. I was told you cant use music on hold of the PBX. Thanks in advance Chinolee
