I have a MD110 BC12-SP6 system with ACD GRP when calls comes in from public to the ACD GRP on que caller able to here music on hold.when internal user calls the grp on que not able to here the music. pls help.

Are you sure that internal caller come to queue? Are you sure, that all LIMs have moh connected to TMU?

MoH for internal calls depending on the APS.
In some countries it is not possible (e.g. Austria)
