ACD Monitor shows terminal ringing for 3hrs- Elite 192

I have an Elite 192- I have one extension that is diplayed as "ACD Ring" for 3+ hrs on the Elite ACD Plus Monitor. The actual phone is not ringing, and will not allow user to logoff, break, or wrap. Any help would be appreciated!
