Good Afternoon,
I just installed ACD on our Help Desk and since have been unable to call my 1550 Helpdesk # from my other 2400 site that is connected via t-1 with Fusion Point. I have initialized the ACD and did a Network Rebroadcast which afterwords works fine until the next morning an then again I am unabe to call using the 4 digit extension.
I am able to dial the seven digit number ok........
