How come my supervisors do not show up in the ACD Sup's monitors when they are logged in?

What software are you using to view your Agents and supervisors (MTE)?

What menu choice are you trying to view your Supervisors? Agent Status Display or Monitor another Supervisor?

I believe Agent Status, can you only see the other supervisor's if you choose monitor another supervisor? There are three supervisors for this one group, they were hoping they could see each other in the agent status display.

Im not sure but I believe that a supervisor needs the CLS AOS to be supervised. Also select the global view when using the supervisor Agent Display
