Can someone please tell me the command to printout what members I have in one of my ACD groups. I have been looking through all of these manuals for an hour. I will write it down I promise. Thank You, Mary

I do not think this is correct. I am looking for the members in the group. I got ld 20, dnb, etc. I need the members. Thanks, Mary

that should list all the tn's that are part of that que.. what are you looking for if not the tn's... the agents are not built in the switch.. if you have symposium, they are built there (or max).. the agent id's are entered as a range in ld 23 prt scb

you will probably have to get the tns and find them manually. When I set acd's up I have a spread sheet and have a field called agent along with the other set info. It is easier to keep track of on a spread sheet.

What you are looking for when you print the tnb is the last # on key 0

KEY 00 ACD 3669 0 7688

if you do it like loop13 said it should give you the following info.
The Agent ID
The TN of the Agent

That would be Position ID of the set not necessarily the agent ID
