Having trouble logging in on ACD i2050 softphone, version 2.0. I press key 0, the ACD key, but no option to enter my Agent ID. This is my lab environment, we don’t actually use these softphones for call center staff.

I have wondered if it’s related to another issue I’ve noticed on some 3905 sets since we upgraded to 7.5. I have found that I have to manually lift the handset before pressing the the Key 0 ACD or In-Calls key in order to get the prompt to enter my Agent ID. Didn’t seem to use to be that way, and it is the case for most phones, but not all. (We use handsets plus headsets on 3905’s). Wonder if it’s a switch hook thing.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Check the ACD config of the serveral phones in LD 23 and look for prompt: HOML

In i2050, go to File -> Settings -> Server. Enable tick for Symposium. This allow you to press KEY 0 without "lifting" the handset in i2050.

Thanks Skaret, easy fix, I should have seen that!
