ACD Lines Reporting Call Queueing

Since some time over the weekend any TN that logs into the ACD queue (i2004, i2002 and i2050) is now displaying a symbol next to the "Display Queue" key. This usually only happens when there are no users logged into the ACD queue and an incoming call is received.
Over the weekend the ACD queue is redirected to an external number. This was done successfully and calls were successfully received on the redirected numbers.

No changes have been made to the system for a week or so.

Can anyone suggest why this is occurring and how to clear it?
