ACD INITIATION

Hi,
we are trying to setup an ITSS Help Desk Center where we will have
Three exts say 5700, 5540, 4450 with the call group number 5200. I need
to initiate this using ACD facilite. But whenever i'm trying i got this reply
ACGMI:GRP=5200,DIR=5700,PRI=1;
NOT ACCEPTED
ODN NOT AN AGENT

These are my command so far
ACGRI:GRP=5200,LIM=1,SERV=10101,TRAF=15,SEL=11309,QUE=10150752525,CUST=1,QIC=0-1,ACTC=100;
ACGMI:GRP=5200,DIR=5700,PRI=1;
ACGMI:GRP=5200,DIR=4450,PRI=2;
ACGMI:GRP=5200,DIR=5540,PRI=3;
Could anyone help me how to solve this ODN NOT AN AGENT problem?
are there any procedure i should follow?

Set dig 1 of ADC for extension = 1 for agent, 2 for supervisor

And put the ADN in the group not the ODN, ACD operates on KEY login per group
