ACD Incoming Restrictions

Hi All,

Customer's main answering point is an ACD Path. They would like to limit callers queued to 5 even though they have 10 incoming Telco trunks.
Is this possible in MCD 4.1 without adding additional apps i.e. IQ

Not that I am aware of. You could program an interflow but this would be based on time queued rather than number of callers queued.

To my knowledge this can only be done by IQ.
There you can enter a queue condition to callers queued and available agents, etc.

If the trunks are PRI and you have an NSU then you can use the MIN/MAX settings in IMAT.

PRI trunks connecting to T1/E1 combo card. My knowledge extends to configuring the condition on IQ or IMAT, however I thought I would ask the question anyway.
