Hi all! I'm trying to modify the name of an existent DN that is in an ACD with the following commands:

REQ: chg
TYPE: 500
TN 4 0 11 1
ECHG yes
ITEM dn 2165

Then, I have the following error:

SCH5039
ITEM ****
OVL000
>err sch5039
>
OVL000
>
OVL000
>
SCH5039
Already configured with AGTA service. Set can only be defined as a
single appearance DN.

Anybody can help me?

First off, do not attempt to make changes to ACD sets using the ECHG (easy change) command. You will end up with corruption in your PBX.
In this case, you are working with an analog ACD set. Print print out this set, and take a look at the POS and DN prompts -- you should see the same number on both. It is best to out and rebuild an ACD set.

From the NTPs:

Analog (500/2500 type) telephones can be used as ACD agent positions. This feature allows the telephone to operate both as an ACD agent position and as a standard telephone with an Individual Directory Number (IDN). The analog
(500/2500 type) telephone has most of the functions of the digital telephone except for the following:
— It cannot be assigned a supervisor status.
— It cannot be a virtual agent position.
— It can have only one DN appearance, acting as both an IDN and the ACD agent position.

While I TOTALY agree w/ Sandyml re: NEVER use echg w/ acd sets, in your case why not just chg the bname in LD 95?

phonejack99 is absolutely right, no need to make a change to the set at all, just change name in LD 95. Then, no worries.
