We currently have an ACD group which has a recorded message which will play before forwarding the calls on to the agents, I would like to where this recording is stored and if it's possible to get a copy of the file, I presume it will be a wav file, as I want to use this recoring for another system.

The series of commands RAxxx control Recorded announcements stored on a VSU card.
The command RADNP:VSID=ALL; will give you the directory number used for recording and ammending announcements.
The command RAGAP:GRP=ALL; will print out the announcements assigned to each group for Welcome, Queue and Repeat Queue and also tell you wether Estimated Waiting Time is initiated.
Unfortunatley there is no way of uploading or downloading the announcements other then through the telephone
