ACD group presence with MiCC

Hi
I have vMCD 8.0 and MiCC 8.1.2.0
Agents are members of three skill groups and each agent has group presence key for each group.
when the agent changes presence it updates MCD but not MICC. sync is working between MiCC and MCD.
in the real-time monitors what does offline and online mean for an agent.

What are you looking at on the Micc

are you running ignite or the older Contact centre client ?

if the older client what monitor type are you looking at ( screen shot would help)
