ACD group and Welcom

Hi,

I have program a welcom for one ACD group and i have a big problem. When
you call from external line all works fine, but when you call from internal
extension the welcom messages doesn`t work.
Any idea??

it`s ok or no??

116 = 63 is ok, check also AS 161 here the value shall contain 1, 2 and 16.
