Hello,
Trying to learn Nortel ways and seem to be having a hard time figuring out the 'ACD' line values. Could someone please help confirm and explain the value of '2936'? I believe the '1398' value is the ACD Q number and I thought '2936' was the agent ID number? If '2936' is agent ID number how do I find a list of agent ID numbers, if this is not agent ID number could you please tell me what this value is? Thanks
