Hello Guys
I've got a customer who has recently upgraded his BCM from a Norstar system. The old Norstar "M" type phones were migrated to work with the BCM 400 system.
They all work fine, except when the the customer tried using the "Forced Call" ACD facility. What they get is a screeching sound. This only happens on the OLDER "M" type phones & it's fine on the later "T" series phone versions.
I'm assuming that it's a problem that due to the age of the phones?. The BCM has also been patched up & it's made no difference.
Has anybody else come across this problem before?. Any advice would be very helpful please?.
All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
