Customer has MICS, 7.0 SW, and Call Center Basic which has not yet been set up. They want to have 4 - 8 agents. Is there a product other than Call Center Basic that is worth considering. The customer wants decent reports and for caller's to hear wait times. Or is CCB just fine? Much thanks!
