The ITEL training guides are pretty good in explaining what you need and how to set it up. A few of us on this forum can probably get you a link to downloading a copy as I don't think they are available anymore. What release is your BCM 50 system?.

Since it's a BCM50 I think you mean Call Center or Contact Center?
All manuals related to the BCM and it's software's can be downloaded from the BCM itself using the LAN port, a web browser and the IP of the BCM, the same manner used to program Call/Contact Center and Callpilot.
The manual is called something like "Call Center Setup & Operation Guide"
It's already installed but just hidden/locked until the key code opens it up where you can then program.
