ACD fax question 1

xxxx (the fax dn)
chances are that dn is the ncfw of that group, for some reason someone used the acd to redirect that fax.. usually turning a non did into a did. that allows flexable routing but in your case may be a unused step.. if maxp=1 and prt dnb shows no tn's then it would be safe to out the acd and changed the dn of the actual tn (ld 20 prt dnb of the ncfw) to the fax number..
